Gaia Baby currently offer the following home delivery services:
All bedding, mattresses and accessories will be sent via courier on a 'delivered to your door' basis. You will receive an SMS to advise the date for delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will either leave a card with further information, or make an arrangement to re-deliver another time.

Standard Delivery is £10 and FREE on orders over £100.
Gaia Baby large furniture items will be delivered by our specialist two-man delivery team. All orders are pre-advised and all items will be delivered to a room of your choice.
This service is FREE to all mainland UK postcodes excluding Channel Islands & Northern Ireland. Surcharges will be made for all “out of scope” areas- these rates will be advised on order receipt.
On receiving your Gaia Baby delivery, please check the products thoroughly and report any damages to the delivery team. Ensure any damages are noted on the delivery docket before you sign it.
Damages can be caused while delivering the products or they may be manufacturing defects. If the products cannot be checked on receipt, kindly inform ourCustomer Care Team within 15 days of receipt of goods.
In line with our standard terms and conditions, in certain cases a collection charge may apply for unwanted items.
