We will deliver your order within 7-10 working days from order confirmation.
Pre-ordered items will be delivered within 7-10 working days of the date specified on the product page.

UPON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
On receiving your Gaia Baby delivery, please check the products thoroughly and report any damages to the delivery team. Ensure any damages are noted on the delivery docket before you sign it.

Damages can be caused while delivering the products or they may be manufacturing defects. If the products cannot be checked on receipt, kindly inform our Customer Care Team (eusupport@gaia-baby.com) within 14 days of receipt of goods.
