We are committed to providing consumers with the best product experience and we continuously review product designs. It has come to our attention that when using the REFLUX setting of the Hera Bedside Crib, there is a possibility of misuse if the safety instructions are not followed exactly. With this in mind we have decided to issue a voluntary Hera Crib Upgrade Kit to guarantee safety, even where the instructions are not fully employed.
Included in the Hera Crib Upgrade Kit is a new interior lining & side panels. When these parts are fitted to the crib it means that, even in REFLUX setting, the top of the mattress will always be at least 12cm from the padded upper seam of the panel. We strongly reccommend the use of this upgrade kit on your Hera Crib.
